Research

Mr. Kim is responsible for North American hedge fund manager search, selection and due diligence. He is also responsible for ongoing manager due diligence as well as performance measurement and reporting at Arrow Capital Management . Mr. Kim is a key member of Arrow's Risk Management and Investment Management committees. Prior to joining Arrow Capital Management in June 2008, Mr. Kim was the Head of Research for a global investment consulting firm and a Senior Manager at a major Canadian bank. He joins Arrow Capital Management with over 17 years of industry experience.

Mr. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and received his Master of Business Administration from the Queen's School of Business at Queen's University.

Ms. Kwong is responsible for due diligence and ongoing monitoring of hedge fund managers, as well as performance and risk measurement reporting at Arrow Capital Management . She is a member of the Investment Management and Risk Management committees at Arrow. Prior to joining Arrow Capital Management in August 2004, Ms. Kwong was a Manager of Investment Accounting at State Street Trust Canada.

Ms. Kwong graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and holds the CFA designation.

Mr. Tomlinson is responsible for international hedge fund manager search, selection and due diligence. He is also responsible for ongoing manager due diligence as well as performance measurement and reporting at Arrow Capital Management . Mr. Tomlinson is a key member of Arrow's Risk Management and Investment Management committees as he has had over 17 years of industry experience. Mr. Tomlinson is currently leading the research in our London office with our affiliate, Generation Asset Management.

Prior to joining Arrow Capital Management in September 2002, Mr. Tomlinson was a Regional Director with a Canadian based Mutual Fund Company and from 1996 to 1999 held a senior role at BPI Financial Corporation.
