The Fund seeks to provide a long-term stable return with 50% less volatility than broader equity markets.


Investment Process

The Fund is managed in three distinct, complementary sub-strategies:

Systematic/Quantitative

  • ŸModel driven strategy (with discretionary overrides) that captures non-linear reflexive changes with a macro overlay. Highly diversified and focused on mid and large cap securities with a yield component.

Capital Structure Opportunities

  • ŸStrategy that captures alpha related to the inefficiencies existing at company ‘change’ points such as mergers, restructuring, deleveraging and financings, among others. Strategies include capital structure arbitrage,long and short corporate credit.

Trading Overlay

  • Opportunistic approach based on market movements
  • Focus on lowering fund volatility and correlation to risk assets
