Arrow Capital Management Inc. (“Arrow”) announces today that Guy Caplan, a Managing Partner at Raven Rock Capital LLC (“Raven Rock”), based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is leaving Raven Rock for personal reasons. Guy is returning with his family to his original hometown of Vancouver. Guy will act as a consultant to the firm through the transition period. Rich Godfrey, Raven Rock’s Chief Operating Officer, will assume Guy’s risk management responsibilities in the interim. The Raven Rock Strategic Income Fund (TSX: RRF.UN) will continue to be advised by the other co-founders, Bobby Richardson and Nate Brown.
